We have noticed that many people like our web site, especially the show listings. We have noticed it, because some people (only a few) are copying and pasting the complete page from us onto their own sites. While imitation is flattering and they like what we do so much that they use it as their own, please don't do it. They are doing us, themselves and their visitors a disservice. We update Capital Cruisin' almost every single day. By copying and posting our material once, they will not have the most up-to-date information in later weeks. If you run a club web site and want to post some show listings that you want the whole club to attend, that's fine. Copying the whole page is not. Link to our pages instead so that you are providing your visitors with the most up-to-date information without doing all the work. We do that. Thanks!

MAY 1st The Kidney Foundation Car Show will be held at the Jukebox Diner at 8637 Sudley Rd in Manassas VA from 9 AM to Noon. Raindate is May 8th. $15. MAY 15th The 2nd Annual Breakthrough Car Show and 26th Anniversary of the Car Club Council of Central Virginia will be held at Historic Hart Farm at 6955 Duncan Rd in Petersburg VA from 10 AM to 3 PM. All proceeds go to Historic Pamplin Park. $20. Colin Romanick (804)861-2408.
MAY 16th The East Coast Drifters Car Show will be held at the Mechanicsville Moose Lodge at 27636 Mechanicsville Rd in Mechanicsville MD from 9 AM to 3 PM (raindate is June 13). $20. Larry (301)266-9705.
MAY 29th The 100 Mile Car Cruise and Show will be held at Charlotte Hall Park and Ride at 30030 Three Notch Rd in Charlotte Hall MD from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. 100 mile Cruise through three Southern Maryland Counties begins at 9 AM at Charlotte Hall Park and Ride and arrival at the last stop is estimated to be 2:30 PM at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. Maps and route info will be provided upon arrival. $30.00 per vehicle. Free Cruisin Southern Maryland Event T-Shirt per entry for the first 150 vehicles (raindate is May 30 or 31 weather permitting).
