On July 19th the 12th Annual Clem's Cruise-In was held again at the Newtown Commons in Stephens City VA. A special commemorative Teddy Bear was given out to the first 275 registered vehicles and the first 30 registered tractors. There must have been over 300 cars because we were #247. This year the show honored the 250th Anniversary of Stephens City. The Mayor presented a special 250th Anniversary Teddy Bear for his favorite vehicle. Also, in honor of Newtown's (Stephen's City) 250th Anniversary, a Time Capsule, to be opened in the year 2058, was on display. A special scroll was signed by all the participants and then placed in the time capsule. Fred Cheshire was again the MC/DJ for the event and did a great job.
